I have been selling homes in Huntley and Del Webb Sun City Huntley since ground breaking ceremonies June 1998 and we will be here when the community closes out it's last new home sale in 1st quarter 2008 possibly 2nd quarter 2008 depending on the sales volume.
The new home sales department for Del Webb Sun City Huntley has been doing an excellent job selling out the community. They are on track to be sold out in 2010 with less than 150 new homes to be sold prior to close it. Phase 3 of the build out is well in motion. If you have driven down Farm Hill Drive you might have noticed that they (Del Webb/Pulte Homes) are putting in foundations for their 3rd and FINAL model park. The models will be the same offering (Fox, Drury, Geneva, Catigny, Arlington, Brookfield, Adler, Grant, Dearborn, Buckingham, Dearborn II, Buckingham II, Westchester, Ashcroft, Whitney, York, James & Potomac) The sixplex homes are being built in their last neighborhood and will not be in the 2007 line up. If you want to buy a NEW Arden, Savoy and/or Wyngate now would be the time. The developer (Del Webb/Pulte) will no longer be offering an attached product in 2007 with the exception of the clubhomes (York, James & Potomac). If you have your heart set on a NEW RESERVE series home (Dearborn II, Buckingham II, Westchester, Ashcroft & Whitney) they have less than 20 homesites left to accomodate these homes. It's my opinion that they will be sold out of the RESERVE series on or before March 2007.
